what you can do

Raising money to support a non-profit organization is a lot of work and is not everyone’s favorite role within an organization. However, with the help and support of friends and partners in the community, it can be done! If you’re interested in helping us to inform, empower and connect families of individuals who are deaf-blind, please consider donating or supporting NFADB in any of the creative ways listed below.

NFADB is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Your contribution is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

We LOVE our donors!

Purchase a beautiful deafblind shape

NFADB is excited to bring a beautiful tactile tribute to deaf-blindness to you. Guido Dettoni, a sculptor from Barcelona, Spain, worked side-by-side with individuals who deaf-blind, their families and professionals to design a tactile representation of deaf-blindness. The result was a sculpture, the Deafblind Shape. The sculpture was designed with touch in mind. The close link between hands and mind is important to the artist and brings a special meaning in this artwork, dedicated to individuals who are deaf-blind.

NFADB has a limited supply of DeafBlind Shapes available for a suggested donation of $60. All proceeds go toward supporting the work that NFADB does with families across the country.

To learn more about the Shape, please visit the DEAFBLIND Shape website.
